Our Staff is Licensed and Certified with the State of Connecticut. We are also FHA/HUD approved and are listed on the U.S. Government's National Appraisal Registry. Our license is classified as Certified Residential. Certified Residential is the State of Connecticut's highest designation awarded to Residential Appraisers.

FAQS
1. How much is an appraisal? The fee for a single family property ranges from $200 and up depending on the type of form required and the nature of the appraisal.
2. How long does an appraisal inspection take? The property inspection usually takes from 25 to 45 minutes depending on the size and character of the house.
3. When will I receive my appraisal report? The appraisal report will be delivered by mail in 2-3 days. If you have Adobe Acrobat Reader, we can send the report electronically to you.
4. How do I order an appraisal? Click on Contact Us or call us by phone. 203 444-0841.
5. How do I make payment? Cash or check in full is required at inspection.
